a huge variety of fresh food. cozy, airy room provided with the bedroom, excellent air conditioning, balcony. location near lots of restaurants on the beach, and a next door restaurant, which opens at 8:30-09:00.

Flamingo Guest House has clean and cozy rooms with a great sea view from the balcony. It's just off the beach - making it a perfect location. The friendly staff provided delicious breakfast at a nearby restaurant and were accommodating with a late checkout for our diving course.

The room was airy and spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed. the location was marvelous and awesome, right in the center of Unawatuna, making it easy to reach key attractions. - There is a cafe next door, a restaurant, and a magnificent beach nearby, which is convenient.

flamingo guest house lived up to its reputation as a helpful and welcoming stay. the comfortable room, stunning beach view from the balcony, and delicious breakfast made our stay unforgettable. the owner was always available and went above and beyond to provide information and assistance during our visit.

I stayed in a double room at Flamingo Guest House in Unawatuna. The room was cozy with a private bathroom and hot water supply - perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day at the beach. I loved the balcony, where I could sip my morning tea and enjoy the fresh air. The room also had an electric kettle and air conditioning, which made my stay even more comfortable. It was just what I needed!
The only thing I liked less was that the fan-cooled room had only two balconies. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

We had a fantastic stay at a guest house in a central location. Our room had a small balcony with a sea view, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The owner was very friendly and even offered to change our room if we wanted. The breakfast at the next door cafe was extensive and delicious. we highly recommend this guest house.

The value for money at this guest house was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with effective air conditioning and a mosquito net. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast selection could have been better.

Flamingo Guest House is totally worth every penny - great value! The room was comfortable with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of things. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed a late checkout.
Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.
